Cancellation Policy


We have a 72 - 48 hour Cancellation Policy

Updated Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If you need to change, reschedule, or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide notice based on the length of your service:

• Appointments 90 minutes or longer require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice (3 full days).
Example: If your appointment is on a Thursday, you must notify us by Monday morning.

• Appointments 75 minutes or less require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice (2 full days).
Example: If your appointment is on a Thursday, you must notify us by Tuesday morning.

Fees apply as follows:

• Cancellations or changes made within the required notice period will be subject to a 50% charge of the booked service(s).
• Cancellations made within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service(s).
