Rian
Founder of Sage Massage Therapy and Skincare
Licensed Massage Therapist & Aesthetician TMJ Relief Specialist | Facial Sculpting Facial Lymphatic Drainage
Rian created Sage Massage Therapy and Skincare from a deep desire to offer something that she couldn’t find in traditional spa or clinic settings, treatments that honor the body as a whole, that go beyond surface-level results, and that help people feel deeply supported in their skin, their bodies, and their lives.
With dual licenses in both massage therapy and esthetics, Rian developed a unique and highly specialized approach that combines the science of skincare with the structural and energetic intelligence of bodywork. Her work focuses on TMJ relief, facial sculpting, facial balancing, and lymphatic drainage, modalities that not only enhance the appearance of the skin, but also support the deeper systems of the body like the muscular, circulatory, and lymphatic systems.
Rian has trained under master practitioners who have helped refine her techniques and deepen her understanding of the face and body’s complex, interconnected systems. But beyond the education, what truly drives her is the transformation she witnesses daily, clients coming in with chronic pain, stress, or self-consciousness, and leaving feeling lighter, more confident, and more at home in their bodies.
Rian is also trained in microdermabrasion, chemical peel and other advanced facial treatments and highly skilled in Deep Tissue, Therapeutic and Prenatal Massage. She has a passion for facial massage and TMJ relief work. Rian received her training for Aesthetics at Catherine Hinds institute of Aesthetics and her Massage Therapy Training at Elizabeth Grady, School of Massage Therapy and Skin Care. She is a member of Associated BodyWork and Massage Professionals.
Mercedes
Licensed Massage Therapist & Licensed Aesthetician
Mercedes is a licensed massage therapist with over eight years of hands-on experience and a licensed esthetician with a growing focus on advanced skin and facial therapies. She completed her massage training at Spa Tech Institute, graduating from their holistic massage therapy program in 2017, and received her aesthetics license in 2023.
Mercedes brings a therapeutic and holistic approach to her work, aiming not only to help clients relax but to support a healthier, more functional body overall. She has completed specialized training in prenatal massage, carpal tunnel through advanced neck work, and has pursued continuing education consistently throughout her career.Her massage specialties include deep tissue, therapeutic, and prenatal massage, and she takes pride in tailoring each session to the unique needs of her clients.
As a licensed esthetician, Mercedes is quickly making a name for herself in the world of facial therapy. She is skilled in dermaplaning, facial tissue relief, and facial sculpting, and has trained directly under Sage’s founder, Rian, in facial sculpting techniques. She is passionate about growing in her skincare practice and continues to deepen her knowledge of holistic aesthetics.
In alignment with Sage’s mission, Mercedes is committed to helping clients support their body as a whole, offering treatments that go beyond surface-level care to deliver meaningful, lasting results.

Brianna
An artist by calling and a creative by design, Brianna possesses an innate understanding of modern advertising intricacies and digital branding. She studied Graphic Design and Photography at Mass Art, graduating in 2015, since then she has worked with many company’s to help hone their brand and create a unique style that fits their needs. As a skilled team designer, she orchestrates designs and digital content creation. Fueled by a passion for creativity and a relentless pursuit of digital branding and marketing trends, Brianna is committed to propelling business growth in the digital realm. With a focus on personal brand development, small business empowerment, and holistic growth, she is an inspiring design force in the team.
